Order cancellations​

In accordance with the Indian Consumer protection (e-commerce) rules (2020), we allow any order to be cancelled up until the moment of dispatch.​

Conditions for returns​

• Products were purchased within the last 15 (fifteen) days
• Products are in the original packaging
• Only regular-priced products may be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Products that can’t be returned​

• Products purchased before the last 15 (fifteen) days
• Products without their original packaging, tags, and labels
• Products on sale
• Items not in their original condition
• Products that have been worn or washed
• Products that are not free of stains, smells, or any damage
• Custom-made or personalized orders

You are responsible for returning the products to The Colours of Nature, in their original packaging, and for covering any charges for doing so.

You are also responsible for any risk attached to returning the products to us, The Colours of Nature.

Refunds

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We will only issue a refund with the actual receipt of the products by return delivery.

The amount due to you will be refunded within 5-7 working days of receiving the products back.
